CIRCUMCISION OF CHRIST!

Ephesians 2 v 11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

Colossians 2 v 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

Acts 17 v 24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

2 Corinthians 5 v 1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Isaiah 41 v 10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

God gave the covenant of circumcision to Abraham and his
descendants (Genesis 17 v 9-14 Acts 7 v 8). The Mosaic Law
repeated the requirement (Leviticus 12 v 2-3).

Colossians 2 v 11 speaks of a circumcision not done by the
hand of man and is called the circumcision of Christ.

Colossians 2 v 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Through faith in the gospel (1 Corinthians 15 v 1-4 Romans 10 v 9) we who were spiritually dead in our sins are made alive and
are partakers of the heavenly calling.

Ephesians 3 v 6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

The Christians blessed hope, is at the rapture; when he puts on
his new incorruptible body (1 Corinthians 15 v 53).  And a new
heaven and new earth to look forward too ( revelation 21 v 1-4).

Titus 2 v 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
