1 CORINTHIANS 2 V 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

REVELATION 17 V 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.


REVELATION 17 V 7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

BIBLICAL REPENTANCE AND SALVATION.

John 16 v 7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. The Comforter also referred to as the Spirit of truth in John 16 v 13 is quite clearly the Holy Spirit. To reject Jesus and his atonement for salvation is a sin that cannot be forgiven. Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven because he alone lived a perfect, righteous, sinless life. To the natural man it is not clear who the prince of this world is.
