"Easy believism" is a derogatory term used by some opponents of Christians; who rightly believe you can be saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in the gospel of Christ alone. Many opponents will use James 2 v 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble,  to refute that one can be saved by just believing alone. We agree with all scripture but we also understand that there is no salvation for the devils, and many who  confess to  believe in God do not  believe the gospel of Christ for their salvation.
